Integrative Bodywork Sessions, Somatic Integrative Coaching, Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

When we work together, we enter a relational space in which the fullness of your humanity becomes visible — body, mind, psyche, emotions, memory, nervous system, bone, muscle, blood, lymph. We witness it all, together, simultaneously. Not one thing at a time. All of it at once.

Because you are not a collection of separate pieces. You are one intelligent system — and that system already knows how to return to coherence. Our work is to create the conditions in which it can.

Integrative Bodywork Sessions Somatic inquiry that leads into hands-on bodywork — massage, myofascial, and craniosacral work with nervous-system regulation. In person · Denver, CO & Santa Elena, Colombia · 90 min (extended 2–3 hrs)

People come for many reasons. Some arrive carrying grief or trauma. Some arrive because their body is in pain — stiff, frozen, injured, exhausted. Some arrive not knowing why, only that something needs attention. All of this is welcome. The body leads, whatever it brings.

You arrive and we sit together — you on the massage table, me across from you. We settle into the space, into the body, into the relational field between us.

We tune in. We ask the body what it is ready to work with. This opening may last five minutes or twenty — we follow what arises, not a clock.

When we are ready, you lie down. You may remain fully clothed or be covered with sheets and blankets — whatever your system needs. We listen first to the most apprehensive part, and create safety for the whole before we proceed.

From there, I follow the body’s cues. Sessions may move through a range of modalities — deep tissue massage, lymphatic work, myofascial release, craniosacral work, rocking, holding, stillness. You are encouraged to communicate anything that arises, to ask for what you want, and to let your body move if it needs to move. Neurogenic tremoring may arise. Emotions may surface and move through. The body is allowed whatever it needs to express.

When the bodywork feels complete, we pause. We let what has happened settle.

Then you sit back up and we check in together — what has shifted, what new understanding has arrived, and how you can continue working with it on your own. We may explore movement practices, postural work, or other integration practices before we close.

Extended sessions of two to three hours are available for those in periods of major transition, deep grief work, or who want to go deeper.

Somatic Integrative Coaching Guided virtual sessions combining body-based inquiry, parts work, and nervous-system regulation. Virtual · Everywhere · 60 min

Virtual sessions follow the same arc — arriving, settling, asking the body what it is ready to work with.

The difference is that you become your own hands. You are in your own space, which often supports a deeper sense of safety and permission. Together we listen to what is arising from the inside — through somatic inquiry, parts work, nervous system regulation, and embodied processing. You are guided to offer yourself touch, movement, and presence as the session unfolds.

Here we slow down and listen — to what the body carries, what it knows, and where it wants to go. Strategy emerges. Clarity arrives. Life begins to move.

This is what integration means — all parts of you included, moving together at a pace that honors your whole system — to build a life in full alignment with all that you are.

The changes you make on the outside emerge from the wisdom of the body.

Psychedelic & Plant Medicine Integration Grounded support to prepare for and integrate psychedelic and plant-medicine experiences. In person or virtual

For those working with psychedelics, our in-person Bodywork or virtual Coaching sessions can include grounded support to prepare for and integrate experiences with psilocybin, medical ketamine, Ayahuasca, and other sacred plant medicines — available virtually and in person.

Non-ordinary states can open profound insight, emotion, memory, grief, beauty, and transformation. Integration is the process of developing a relationship with what has emerged, and creating the conditions for it to take root in the body and in daily life.

I do not serve medicines, but support those who are working with professional providers.

A Conversation — Complimentary

We begin here.

Before anything else, we connect. Together we explore what is arising for you and how our partnership might best support you.

There is no obligation, no performance required. You do not need to arrive with the right words or a clear story. You only need to show up.

The body brought you here. Let it lead you one step further.

On Investment

This work is offered in the spirit of reciprocity.
